The 2021 Bay to Bay Running Festival will be run as a COVID Safe event.

The event will comply with NSW Health restrictions on social distancing and hygiene

Full details of COVID Safe measures will be provided to entrants prior to race day

RACE STARTS


To avoid crowding, there will be no mass starts in 2021.

Runners will start at intervals and run onto the waterfront cycle path - there will be no major road closures.

Entrants will be assigned a start time and be asked to arrive at the start area no more than 20 mins before their time.

Seeded runners will be able to start at the front of the race.

ON THE COURSE


Aid stations will be provided at regular intervals on the course.

Runners should move away from the aid station as soon as possible to minimise contact with others

RACE FINISH


All races will finish in Central Coast Stadium

Spectators, family and friends will be able to enter the stadium to watch runners finish. Everyone will need to check in using the COVID QR code.

While inside the stadium, social distancing should be maintained.

There will be some food and drink available inside the stadium.

Award ceremonies will be conducted from 9:30 for the Half Marathon to 10:45 for the 12 km run.
